Logan's pee's

Logan figured out that if he shakes around you can hear what he calls "his pees." He will do this little dance, and if he hears water in his belly he thinks he has to pee. If you can't understand him, he says..."I don't know, hearing my pee's, I have to get them out." He does this dance alot.

Finally potty trained!

This picture says it all. I know I haven't potty trained a girl, but I do believe that boys are much messier than girls. He is not much of an aim yet, and even when he sits he hasn't figured out the "tuck." He is always so helpful to clean up the messes though. I must admit that having him potty trained makes things alot harder. Grocery shopping is impossible. Between potty breaks and nursing Dylan it takes at least twice as long to get anything done. So far we haven't had any accidents out and about. He has had a few outside playing with his friends. He gets distracted and forgets. So we taught him that he could pee outside. That worked for a while, but he doesn't get that he needs to do it in private so he just drops his pants wherever he is and pees. Two year olds are the best.

Grandma's Birthday!

We had a big birthday party for Grandma Jayne the end of May. I tried to get pictures of Keith and I together and this is the best pose I could get him to take. He thought it was funny, but who is laughing now.

Logan was playing in the water with his cousins and got cold so he laid on the cement to get warm. He is at the funnest age. So sweet and innocent, and curious. We love our gino.

Picasso

I should constantly post Logan's drawings. He is so clever and notices details about things. He draws lots of his letters and is always coming up with silly drawings. He is a perfectionist like his mother, so if his drawing is not working out exactly how he planned he gets upset and throws his doodle pad. He was drawing pictures one day and we asked him to draw a picture of daddy and this is what he came up with. Quite the portrait.

Much Better

I am loving this baby stage much better than the newborn stage. I love Dylan's cute little smile and giggle. I feel like I am actually doing things right...finally. She is much more content and decided to start taking a pacifier. So we are all loving life at the knight household. I wouldn't mind if she stayed this age for a while.

Best Buds

Logan is such a good big brother. He takes good care of Dylan. He is always helpful and tries to keep her happy. Today I was getting her ready for church and Keith left the room, Dylan started crying right as he walked out and Logan said "it's okay Dylan, Daddy will be right back" He was the first one to get her to giggle. And if he ever gets hurt, he wants Dylan to hug him and make him feel better. He really loves her. These two sure make me proud to be a mom.
