Logino

Logan has been getting scared at night because his fan will blow things in his room. So we have been teaching him that he can say a prayer and HF will make him feel better and help him to sleep. One morning he told me he had been scared and that he prayed and that HF really made him feel better. The cutest part is, he got out of bed and knelt in the middle of his floor to say the prayer. Then crawled back in bed and fell asleep. I told him he didn't have to get out of bed if he was scared and he said, "yes I do, I have to show HF respect." 05-'10
We were at a park that had the telephone toys. One pipe on one end, and Logan was near the other end. Mikah yelled in the pipe "I love you Logan" he looked around confused because he was all alone and said, "I love you too Heavenly Father, I know that you are true!" then went on playing as if this was a regular occurance. 04-'10
When you lay a blanket on the ground and sit on it he thinks it is called a party. He will always ask me to make a party for him. 09-'10
While talking a mile a minute he stopped and said, "the batteries in my mouth are broken." 3-'10
He told me to take a cat nap, and he would take a dog nap. 3-'10
He calls Mozzarella cheese, Cinderella cheese. 3-'10

While playing kitchen with Daddy he told her to put something in the microwave for 2 minutes, she ran to the couch and buried her face in her hands and began to cry. When he asked her what was wrong she said "time out." (When she is in trouble she has to sit on the stairs for 2 min.) 2-'10
When she wants to be held she will stand at your feet and say "Can I hold you?" 1-'10
If she is mad at you she will flip your lip. 1-'10
When she wants your attention she will yell "Mamma Keith Knight, or Daddy Keith Knight" we all get Logan's full name. 1-'10

What is a post without a picture? Yes, I have noticed that Finley doesn't exist on our header. It will probably take me a while to change it...so I am posting this picture so he doesn't feel left out. I have so many pictures of him sleeping. He loves this mickey mouse. When you hand it to him he will automatically turn him upside down and hold Mickey's yellow boot to the side of his nose. If he really loves you he will reach the boot up to your nose and rub it around so you can feel how wonderful it is. Those are the moments that make being a mom worth it. He is the sweetest little guy. He is so much fun to have around that I can't wait for him to wake up in the morning. I don't remember feeling that way with the other 2. Don't tell! I loved them just as much, he is just so sweet that I look forward to getting him out of bed. That is why I have so many sleeping pictures of the poor guy. Sometimes I can't wait.

Dylan started a REAL ballet class this week. I will load pictures...eventually. She informed Grandpa that she had always been in pretend ballet class and she had grown up enough to attend a REAL class. As we arrived to the dance studio the receptionist asked Dylan if she was a new student? She replied, "no I am a ballerina."

This morning Logan was in a pretty good mood. When I dropped him off at kindergarten he turned around and gave me a giant kiss on the lips. Then he proceeded to give Dylan a kiss on the lips and then Finley on the lips before getting out of the car. Everyone felt like they had just won the lottery. Then like a scene in a movie, Logan pushed the button for the van door to automatically close, jumped out of the car, did a spin move and gave Dylan the sweetest crooked smile. Flynn Ryder smolder style. As the door shut Dylan said "We ARE in love." She was thrilled. I guess she loved him all along and until he gave her that magical kiss she didn't know the feeling was mutual!

Tonight Logan was in the shower complaining about his water being cold. So I reached my hand in his shower and jerked the handle up hoping to get some hot water. He started laughing/screaming "It's freezing hot! Turn it off!"
